🔁 Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, only if the product has not been shipped.

After shipment, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once you receive the product (subject to eligibility).

📦 Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Note: All return requests must be supported with clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Important Notes:

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a new product once the return is verified. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
